Loved the rooms and the layout! The beds were great, we had a friendly gecko staying near us. Everything was lovely. The safe was so funny though. You don't need it. The staff were wonderful. So friendly and so welcoming and helpful. They are very nice.

The cold water machine was not producing cold water. More available water would be good.

Die Anlage sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr schon aus, auch die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und das Badezimmer nett eingerichtet.

Das Personal war freundlich aber planlos. Hier fehlt jemand der den Überblick hat. Von selbst fragt hier niemand ob man was trinken möchte. Die Minibar wurde nie aufgefüllt und die leeren Gläser und Flaschen nicht weggeräumt. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings fehlte immer eine Zutat. An einem Tag gab es kein Bier mehr an der Bar. Der Safe ist ein Witz...funktioniert nur mit Schlüssel und ist so leicht dass man ihm raus tragen könnte. Die Anlage wäre schön allerdings bei genauerer Betrachtung schmutzig. Der Pool lädt nicht zum Baden ein, es gibt auch keine Liegen. Ohne Roller kommt man nicht von der Stelle, aber das wussten wir vorher also war das ok. Preis Leistung ist ok, wir würden es aber nicht mehr buchen.

The room was very clean and beautifull. The restaurant was excellent!!

The swimming pool has not been washed during 3 days and a little green.. many frogs all day long.

The rooms were beautiful just like in the picture. Our stay was comfy. We had dinner at the french restaurant and most of our dishes were delicious beyond our expectations! Complimentary breakfast sets were also served, selections were good. Pool was warm at night. Massage service was available too, we just had to inform reception.

Unfortunately, we did not have cold water during our shower, which was what we really needed. :(

Staff were super lovely and happy to help with anything. The hotel was very nice, rooms were lovely and spacious. The food was very good but a little expensive. There is a scuba diving school next door as well

Stayed in the two bedroom suite with my three children for 4 nights, the bamboo concept rooms gave it a real jungle feel. The staff were incredible and very accommodating, they took care of us during our time of need upon arrival in Nusa Penida when our son fell ill. The team provided premium service, and receptionists - Wiri, Widi and Indian were exceptional and very hospitable, they contacted me weeks before arrival to let us know the activities available in Nusa Penida which they can help arrange. Hotel arranged our Manta Point/ Manta Bay/ Gamat Bay snorkeling tour and customised East Nusa Penida tour (Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach and final sunset swim at Crystal Beach). My son did scuba diving with the diving team, Reeflex located next to the hotel. They were always welcoming to my tedious questions and requests. Not to forget a special shout out to bli Blacky, exec chef from L'Cantine Ubud who comes regularly to this sister Nusava Restaurant who so generously catered my kids and I, made us a special Balinese bubur ayam, which was ultimately the comfort food I needed when I felt run down, it brought a lot of lovely memories growing up. Great stay overall! Thanks team Nusava!

Unfortunately riding a scooter isn't an option for our family, and the fact that we were reliant on a driver to drive us places in Nusa Penida at a price was pretty limiting. Just how it goes there I think, you need to plan your outing to be using a 6h or 8h taxi service in Nusa Penida, just fyi, not hotel related.
