"Worth going"

The room was really spacious and comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony

You could have a better breakfast of either buffet style or a menu of various things other than starchy foods

"Nice hotel but not as advertised"

Cheap and on the airport road. Free late check out option available which helped with our departure time ..

Room was not as described on booking.com . There was no sauna or hot tub. The room was not a suite but a standard one room hotel room. The bed had a broken leg and propped up using cardboard. When challenge about all this the manager gave us a good discount and a free breakfast which satisfied us as we were only staying one night .

The swimming pool was magnificent.

The checking in delay on arrive. Room unavailable/not ready. I had to wait at least 30mins before I could get a room

"My stay Nejobugg Palace in Arusha"

The staff were really friendly

The room didn't have a wardrobe, bathtub & shower were complicated to use,the toilet flushing was poor...bathroom mat was dirty,no rubbish bin in the room & hated the smell of the rooms.
