Прекрасные апартаменты. Лучшее расположение, рядом с площадью. Чисто, тихо, есть все необходимое, высокие потолки. Я из Москвы, Россия. Почему - то букинг публикует отзыв из Украины. К этой стране никакого отношения не имею.

Communication was not optimal. Using only WhatsApp is not the way to go. Please consider using email and text. Using the site to communicate you'd like to switch. Don't ask to send photos to Whatsapp, like Identification.

The location is the only positive

Very disappointing, not up to standard, let alone 'luxury'. Lamps not working, bathroom in poor condition (mold), sink not draining, shower head only a weak drip, no amenities in the kitchen (e.g. towels, cups, salt, pepper etc.) with a faucet spraying water sideways. Curtain in the kitchen is old and doesn't work. A wobbly dining table, and a sleeper sofa in the living area showing stains and wear. This apartment is truly in very poor condition. We reported our issues to the management immediately, to which they initially agreed, and promised us a partial refund. That didn't happen either. Definitely not recommended.

Eravamo tre persone nel periodo del vinitaly, la struttura è centralissima, ben organizzata, spazi ampi, manca una tenda oscurante per la sala, chi dorme sul divano letto si sveglia all'alba. bagno pulito e spazioso. camera grande.

La ubicación es genial, está en pleno centro y el departamento es confortable, limpio, moderno y hermoso.

Location was perfect, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the building and entrance is just perfection and the host was very helpful and informative!

The only minor issue is the cleanliness of the bathroom could be worked on.
