- Very good location - Large apartment - Good kitchen with pots, pans, plates, tableware,... We will be happy to stay here again.

A little too dark.

The apartment is beautiful. Lovely styling, great size and in a perfect location to explore the city on foot. Lovely building. Comfy beds. On first inspection we loved it.

Unfortunately there were a few issues.......if they had been resolved from earlier reviews I would have rated the apartment 10/10, but the issues caused us some grief. The sofa bed was not made up, we had to find spare linen in the cupboard and make it up ourselves as we arrived in the evening. I have requested it the day before. There were no dishwasher tablets, or clothes washing detergent, no tea towel - had to use a hand towel and also to clean the benches as there were only old, filthy sponges left in the cupboard. The stove only came on sometimes - appears to have an electrical fault. The biggest issue was the washing machine didn't work. The lid didn't open. We messaged and were told to hold it down with our left hand while pulling up on the other side with our right hand - which made me think it's been an issue before. Once we got it open - I tried washing for 24 hours on 3 different cycles, couldn't get it to rinse or spin to had to hang up soapy, dripping wet washing on the heaters to try to get it dry to pack in our suitcase. When travelling out of a suitcase for weeks, we needed the washing machine, which is why we booked this apartment. We didn't get to do any of our washing. Very disappointing. DO NOT use the washing machine unless they have put in a new one.......I'd hate anyone else to have to go through this on their holiday, wasting time when you don't have it to spare. Like I said, if these issues were rectified I would have given it a 10/10.

Our stay at Rosa Apartments in the heart of Verona was truly unforgettable. Located in a stunning 16th-century palazzo, the apartment combined historic charm with superb interior design, featuring high-end Italian designer furniture. A perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and timeless beauty.

Despite some communication challenges, the stay itself was mostly fine.

The apartment was comfortable, but I had some communication issues with property management. I reached out several times to clarify if the bedding was allergy-friendly, but I didn't receive a clear answer. Despite asking for more information about whether the pillows and comforters were synthetic or hypoallergenic, the responses remained uncertain, and I wasn't sure if I could count on an alternative being available. This caused some unnecessary stress leading up to our arrival. Additionally, I noticed that previous reviews mentioned broken lighting fixtures that were never addressed. In a dark apartment like this one, proper lighting is important, and it’s disappointing that the issue hasn’t been resolved by our arrival. It would be better not to leave non-working lamps in the apartment at all, especially when the problem has been reported for some time.

The location is perfect.

There was a basket of damp, dirty linen in the apartment on arrival. No toilet paper, dish cloth, tea towel or face washers. We rented this apartment over others as it has a washing machine, however this did not work. On contacting the staff we were advised that they would look into it, however nothing was resolved. The wall gas heaters did not work and the dining table was broken. There were no wine glasses, only broken plastic ones. When we advised staff, they said not to worry about it. The bedside lamps didn't work.

It cant get more authentic Italian stay than this ! The apartment is very tastefully and artistically redone balancing the old world charm with just about right modern touches. Its a great value given the central location, everything was within 10 mins walk & area was quite safe. The room, bathroom & living room were very spacious & kitchen well stocked. I wish i could have stayed longer here. Even though its in a narrow alley taxis were available right at the door step which is an added benefit.

Nothing, it was more than perfect !

Great central location. Very quiet. Large apartment (would recommend it for 2 people, not so sure for 4). Cool interior design. Appropriate value for money. This apartment has pros and cons, and I think the cost is a fair reflection of both.

The apartment is naturally dark because it's on the ground floor inside a courtyard. The interaction with the manager beforehand wasn't the most timely or flexible. I would really not recommend it for 4 people as the bathroom is next to the master bedroom and, if someone else goes to the bathroom, the noise and the light will wake up the people in the master bedroom.
