- I was disappointed to find out at check-in that I could have paid 3-5 KWD less per night from my online booking (Booking.com), to include breakfast, if I booked it directly from the hotel. - Since I was a regular customer and over paid, I asked if they could add breakfast as a good gesture, but they refused. - Also, since I am a regular customer and I needed to extend my stay till 2130 hrs. due to early morning flight, I was offered two choices, either I check out by 1400 hrs. w/o paying extra or I pay for 1/2 day and check out by 1900 hrs. I asked them several times if they could extend the 1/2-day option till 2130 hrs. but refused, unless I pay for a full day. I ended up paying for 1/2-day and checking out at 1900 hrs.
