Location was the only good thing

The room was not cleaned properly. There were ladies hair strands on the bed. The cupboard was not cleaned, there was old ash remaining. The room was very small for a Double bed and felt congested. The owner of the hotel was very rude and did not follow the terms on the Booking app. Checkout time was 12pm as on the app, still the owner charges extra day charges from me. This is ridiculous!!!
