AUSnowood Chalet was perfect for our group of four. Lots of space, very cosy and located right in town.
A drying room for ski gear would be a great addition.

More detailed instructions were needed upon arrival. The pdf containing instructions wasn’t received prior to our arrival, and then we had to wait until staff arrived to provide advice on door codes, heating. Whilst there was a tv, nobody knew how to operate it. The kettle and clothes dryer tripped the power more than once and we had to reset it. The dishwasher didn’t work and the sink doesn’t have a plug so we washed plates etc in a big pot. We found plates in the cupboard that were put away dirty. No hand towels, face washers supplied with bath towels. No bathmat. No tea towels in the kitchen. Whilst we had these issues, we found the staff nice to deal with and have made them aware of these concerns. Providing this information so staff can ensure the next guests have an enjoyable stay.
AUThe staff here went above and beyond the help and accommodate us. The accommodation is excellent, comfy, cosy and clean, have everything we needed. Well located with bus stop at the main street and very close to the restaurants and bars. Feels like home, will definitely come back :)
