The Kaziranga Address

Clean and homely stay. Very cordial and polite staff. Appreciated the unprompted washing of my vehicle.

The toilet are bit high which can get a bit uncomfortable even for adults.

Excellent STAY with all marvelous facilities. I definitely want to refer all of my friends and Relatives. Also they provide My Driver accomodation and foods

Only thing is that from Main Road to Hotel Premises 100 mtrs (possibly) is under construction, so that is not a valid negative point

We absolutely loved our stay at The Kaziranga Address! The service was fantastic and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Everyone from the manager to the hotel staff ensured that we had the best experience at the hotel - they also handled all our safari bookings for us! The food was amazing as well, and we were given a small departing gift :) - we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Room was large, Reception/entire staff most cooperating and food was excellent. Ready to serve attitude of all staff was very much appreciated.

Only the approach road from the Main Road to the Resort was bumpy.

It had a homely comfortable feel to it.

I had requested a room with a good view. I wasn’t given one initially. I had to change it after requesting for it.

Good hotel, in a slightly secluded area of Kaziranga. However, maintained well and room was big and facilities were also nice. Food in the restaurant was also pretty good.

Staff can be slightly more trained to interact with guests. There was a small issue with payments initially though sorted out. Overall, no major concerns and it was a good stay. Hotel is slightly secluded and the roads leading upto it was dimly lit.

The property is beautiful, well maintained with some fantastic staff

I didn’t like the fact that they were requesting for a 30% deposit to confirm the booking although as per booking.com, it was a no-pay booking until 5 days before the stay.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. The manager and staff were very responsive and helpful - they arranged all of our safaris and transport (from airport, to nearby restaurants, to Shillong). Food was also great.
