Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι,ευγενικοι . πολύ ωραίος χώρος . Σε κάθε δωμάτιο έχει air-condition και τηλεόραση που έχει εγκατεστημένες εφαρμογές netflix prime video. Τη πρώτη μέρα που μας υποδέχτηκαν υπήρχαν πράγματα για να φτιάξουμε πρωινό ,στο ψυγείο είχαν βάλει αναψυκτικά όπως και συσκευές για να φτιάξουμε καφέ.γαλλικο εσπρέσσο.υπηρχαν φυλλάδια με μαγαζιά όπου μπορούσαμε να παραγγείλουμε φαγητό ή καφέ.

Everything .Alex and his wife went above and beyond to make our trip special .We were travelling from Australia and meeting my daughter and grandchildren who live in Spain .Alex got a new baby gate for the villa to stop my 1 Yr old grandaddaughter going up the stairs . It was so special we will be making it our regular family reunion .Thanks to the whole family in the restaurant for treating us like family .

Nothing perfect 10 /10

I spent five wonderful days at Diamond Villa with my three daughters and my granddaughter. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome. Alexis was incredibly helpful and always available throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The villa itself was beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the private pool, which we used every day. The stunning sea view was the perfect backdrop to our relaxing holiday, and it was hard to say goodbye when our stay came to an end.

The property was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped and perfectly clean. Our host was super helpful.

We have nothing negative to report.

Stunning villa with everything you need for a fantastic weekend. Even wine and some food provided, pool was amazing for a late night dip and rooms and bathrooms were perfectly clean and provided warm showers and comfy beds. Lovely little town a 5 minute walk away with great restaurants and convenient supermarket.

Villa is amazing exactly like the pictures with everything you could need. Very clean, owner is lovely and location is great with good restaurants in the village and great beaches close by.

Nothing it was great

It was an honour to stay in this accomodation. We found everything more than perfect! It has been thought through, and you can taste that in everything that has already been descriped. Everything was right: from communication to personal contact with Alexis, from plates/cutlery to showers/beds. Beautiful surroundings and in Gerani some nice tavernes. Rethimnon nearby, but a bit further away from the hustle and bustle. We would have loved to stay longer. Once again a special thanks to Alexis, who, without realizing it, personally helped me enormously with that big gesture. We will gladly come back!

Everything was perfect – the location of the villa is in a calm and charming small town. The host, Alex, was the nicest and warmest host we have ever encountered (very helpful and friendly). The villa is amazing, equipped with everything we needed! HIGHLY recommend if you want to have a great vacation in Crete!

The property exceeded our expectations and provided an excellent value for the money. The villa is both roomy and functional. The children said that it was our best holiday accommodation so far, and we have had quite several in the course of last 5-6 years, so they have a lot to choose from. The host Alex was very friendly and helpful, for instance arranging a welcome snack for us because we arrived quite late and couldn't visit the local shop anymore. He was available at any time to answer our requests (not that we had any, because the kitchen was fully equipped and every appliance was working). Also, we didn't expect the pool to be working off-season, but it did and provided a nice opportunity for a quick dip. Unfortunately we don't have pictures of the villa apart from one with the general view and the other with loaded table on the patio, but I think these somehow sum it up how good we felt ourselves, so I added these to the review anyways. All together the property is highly recommended, especially to families with several children.
