Comfortable, close to many things. Felt more like home.

It is somewhat outdated. There were a few bugs. On the street, 2 parking spaces. Very small outside area to sit.

The laundry is shared outside of the property. The owner is looking at the cameras all the time and his way to write messages is very rude.
