"Excellent"

The room is beautiful and in a great spot in the old village of Campiglia Marittima - which we love. The owners are lovely and run the restaurant below the rooms.

The bathroom needed refurbishment - especially the shower and the sink, which stank every time it was used. Odd smells in the corridor as well... But that might happen in historical buildings.

"Superb"

It was a beautiful location in the heart of the village with a stunning view from the window. We were surrounded by swifts, swooping and calling, an amazing experience.

We had very noisy neighbours in the next room, who were moving furniture around at 4am and the noise from the restaurant below and the beer bar kept us awake.
