Truffa, pubblicizzata come appartamento ma è solo una stanza, prezzo fuori di testa per 16 mt2

Obiekt wybrany ze względu na swoją lokalizację i nie zawiodła. Nocleg w samym centrum miasta co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie pięknego Zagrzebia. Apartament typu studio bardzo komfortowy i nowoczesny. Apartament z 3 sypialniami przestronny i odpowiedni dla większej liczby gości. Pobyt uznaliśmy za udany z tych względów ale było też dużo mankamentów.

Niestety już schody prowadzące do apartamentów wyglądają jak plac budowy, zaraz za drzwiami rozwalona skrzynka z kablami na wierzchu i ściany oraz schody pełne pyłu z gipsu. Apartament typu studio był względnie czysty za to apartament z 3 sypialniami już nie. Niestety zastaliśmy nieposprzątaną łazienkę i a w kuchni zmywarkę pełną brudnych naczyń. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z dziurawymi ręcznikami, to była jakaś masakra mam lepsze w kotłowni w domu u siebie. Wymagają natychmiastowej wymiany. Właściciel co prawda przysłał Pana z obsługi ale takie rzeczy powinny być dopilnowane wcześniej. Szkoda bo obiekt ma wielki potencjał.
