The hospitality was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice hotel. clean & well maintained rooms.

Lift was out of service. It was disappointing

They denied checking in first saying it was not 12 and later post 12 they said there is no room available

They charged me but room was denied

Well , I have to attend an event in Novotel HICC. So the location is decent and good from that perspective.

No facilities, no towel, no water bottle just the basic things are not available. I think with this price you can get way more facilities nearby.

There was no kitchen, no breakfast, no water, no mosquito repellant, no soap, no room service.

nothing. the pictures are either doctored or taken really well. the beds are a mess. the bedsheets are all dirty with weird stains and spots. the bed creaks. i couldn't use the duvet as it was so dirty. i bought new bedsheets to be able to sleep. there were insects coming in from god knows where ? you cannot sleep as the walls are paper thin, any gates that close you hear them too loud and for some reason the people around you are most active from 1am to 5am. the hotel is right on the road so at 6am the honking starts and you just cannot sleep. there was no towel or soaps, so bought a towel too. overall if you're frugal and can live uncomfortably. go for it. i made a mistake for sure. also no guests allowed for some reason ? the only good thing was the
