Location, parking, cleanliness was ok,

The attitude of the front desk manager at night when I checked in was extremely rude, first he allotted a broken room, no water in bathroom washbasin, the boy suggested I take water from the bath tap(that was obnoxious), the almirah was broken, no left door and the boy said the last client broke it! Both bed side stands were broken, the bedroom wall behind the bed was seeping with water, everything was depressing. I was told there is no other room, when I refused to accept this then they allotted another room which was ok, then next day I was again moved to another room which was smaller. The next day I was going for a meeting and just when I got down from 3rd floor into my car at 11 am, the same rude manager said we are shifting your room immediately, I said getting late for a meeting have to leave he asked me to handover the keys. I did not, I said it has to be shifted in my presence so he said I have to move now no choice. I asked why I was not informed since morning when I was in the room but now I am about to leave for a meeting I will get late, but this manager was too rude and insensitive and was adamant not at all respectful, very annoying and rude.

Stay was good, Really beautiful hotel, very nice service Cooperative Staff. Value for money. The staff was really friendly and charming.

The location.

The TV was not working, the tap knob was broken in the bathroom. The toilet flush was not working and not clean. The AC sometimes works and sometimes it does not work. I don't know about other rooms. No food facilities.
