Lithos Villas Apollon

We stayed for ten days with our family of 4 adults and one child, and it was a wonderful experience. Anastasia and Babis were super hosts and incredibly accommodating to our many requests. The villa grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the surroundings are very peaceful. There are three separate units in the villa, which share walls, and a common pool space. The villa itself is brand new; it is meticulously designed with natural materials and comfortable furniture. Everything is so well thought out and beautifully designed. The beds were on the firmer side and very comfortable, and the AC worked well (though it requires all windows and doors in the entire home to be shut in order to work). Babis and Anastasia brought us fresh Greek coffee and home made marmalades for our stay, and there is a cleaner who comes every day to take out the trash and keep the grounds in order. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We didn’t cook much, but we did make ourselves breakfest in the morning (omlet mostly). We were missing some basic utensils like cooking spatula, stiring spoon.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and clearly built with care—everything feels high-end and thoughtfully designed. It went beyond what we expected. The beds were super comfortable, and the place was spotless, like no one had ever stayed there before. A solid five-star stay. Honestly, the villa looks even better in real life than in the photos!

The only small area for improvement I can think of relates to practical items. The kitchen was missing dishwashing tools and drying towels, but the host provided them upon request.

A great place to stay. We stayed for two nights. Location is clean, cozy and very comfortable. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, all kitchen utensils, towels. Despite the fact that the territory is small, there are places to relax. The room has armchairs and a table outside, and you can also use the free barbecue area. There are sun beds by the pool where you can relax after lunch when it gets sunny. The territory is green and well managed. Special thanks to Babos for his tips on leisure and cafes/restaurants. We were recommended an excellent tavern, where was not expensive and delicious. We plan to return.

We were two families staying together in one villa: 4 adults and 4 children, ages 4, 4, 2, and 1. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August. The house is simply spectacular. Meticulous thought has gone into every detail; it is beautifully designed and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. The property is immaculately clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Everything is new, from the house to the garden. The pool is lovely, and the view is magnificent, with Mount Athos visible from the yard. There's an outdoor kitchen and beautiful flowers throughout. It's a pleasure to be at the house, both inside and out. The location is also wonderful, just a few steps away from several tavernas and a small marketplace. A large, well-stocked supermarket is only a 3-minute drive away. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They happily fulfilled our requests, providing a baby cot, a high chair, and warmer blankets.

One very minor annoyance was the air conditioning system. If a single window or door is left open, even slightly ajar, all the A/C units in the house stop working. This became uncomfortable for two families sharing the space. We had to wake the other family from their afternoon nap because they accidentally left the smallest crack, and we couldn't get any A/C to work. It also made the balconies unusable, as you can't close the door from the outside. In August, we all slept with A/C, so I couldn't step out onto the balcony to watch the sunrise without turning off everyone else's A/C. Unfortunately, The WiFi was extremely slow. While the listing mentions a washing machine, the hosts actually do the laundry for you at a cost of 10 euros per wash. The access road to the house is very narrow, and there are only two parking spaces on the property, so we had to park outside at times, but there is plenty of parking on the street.

The neighbours were very loud,drunk,fighting and smoking weed! The owner kept pestering us about everything,wouldn’t leave the property so we can enjoy it in peace, told us check out is at 12 and told us is time to go at 11! Property is gorgeous but disappointed in the owners!

Our stay in Lithos Villas Apollon was perfect! Good location, beautiful house, garden and decoration. And very close to the best beaches in greece. Highly recommended
