Very nice apartment in good location in Sitio which is part of Nazare. Close to the north beach. Nice view of ocean from balcony. The underground parking was a bonus as the weather was pretty wet while we were there. Apartment is well stocked with cooking appliances, pots, pans, untensils, etc. There's a dishwasher, oven, stovetop fridge/freezer & washing machine. A rack for drying clothes is provided. Bathroom is large with lots of storage areas. Bed was very comfortable. There's extra bedding, blankets & duvet for the pull out couch or a cool night. communication with owner was good.

The symbols on the appliances are different from those used in North America. They can be " googled" but it would be helpful if owner provided an interpretation sheet. The freezer hadn't been defrosted in quite a while & door didn't close fully.

De ligging was fantastisch, appartement was mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was heel proper. Zwembad was heerlijk. Ligging van appartement was super.

Location, cleanliness, balcony, perfectly stocked with every possible necessity..totally comfortable accommodation.

No written directions for TV, Stove top or Washing machine. Also was difficult to depart as we were to leave the keys in the apartment; however we had to use the keys to exit through the garage and security gate.

Alojamento muito bem equipado, com todas as comodidades de uma casa. Realmente não faltava nada. Tudo muito limpo. A casa em si muito moderna com uma vista excelente e a poucos minutos do Sítio da Nazaré. A menina que nos recebeu muito simpática

Apenas a demora do check-in para nos entregar a chave. Foi nos perguntado várias vezes a que horas iriamos chegar, pelo que respondemos pelas 16h30, mas nao nos avisaram que só poderiam entregar mais tarde. Como não estávamos a contar que fosse demorar tanto ficamos à porta a espera até as 18h. Teria sido melhor se fosse nos dado uma previsão de chegada porque poderiamos ter aproveitado mais tempo de onde vinhamos e não ter ido logo para lá para cumprir o horário que avisamos que iríamos chegar.

Very well equipped place. We found everything we needed for our stay. Perfect view from the balcony, you can catch a sunset from here. Nice parking garage. Good swimming pool. Place is perfectly located: a few minutes away from Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Nazaré which has superb views of Praia da Nazare. You can also reach Praia do Norte in about 10 minutes by waking.

A vista sobre o mar, condomínio tranquilo, áreas comuns limpas, piscina com água límpida. O alojamento agradável, com todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar, cama confortável.

This superb accomodation is in a newly built appartmen house. The flat was clean, very spacious, with modern furniture and fitted with everything we needed. The location (Sitio of Nazare) is great, it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the center, but this is what we wanted. You can find grocery and restaurants 'up here', and it is easy to get to the center. At the same time the Praia da Norte and the Light tower is a few minutes walk. The parking garage is quite ok, some may say it is tight here and there, but it is manageable and much better than parking on the street!

As we stayed 9 days here an addition set of towels would have been nice - in general cloths did not dry well due to the humidity when we stayed here. We have asked for additional towels from our contact, but the communication was not smooth.
