Apartments Green Park

The beds were comfortable.

We stayed one night at the accommodation Apartments Green Park (Waterfall apartments) and we were extremely dissapointed. We were a group of 7 adults and 4 small children, we arrived at 18:00 and first of all there was not available parking for us although we had received the information that there is free private parking in front of our apartments. It took us an hour to find the place since the directions where not clear from the hosts who were apart from unprepared for their guests extremely hostile and rude. Snow had fallen and all stairs, all paths to our apartments were frozen and slippery, we had 3 falls/injuries walking on the frozen paths to get to our accommodation. In the middle of the night the heating stopped working and until the next morning at 10 when the check out was, heating didnt come back and the apartments were frozen. Our little children were complaining about the cold and although we talked to the hosts they only turned on the heating 20 minutes before the check out. The apartments were “clean” but with a lot of dust under the beds and around the corners. All in all one if the worst experiences we ever had! We wouldnt recommend this accommodation to anyone for shorter or longer stay, especially during the winter time and especially for families with small children. We hope the hosts will take seriously this review and be better prepared for their upcoming guests.

We couldn’t get the booked room, but still get the one which is great.

A beautiful space with all the facilities we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Convenient burger restaurant on the premises!

There seemed to be a problem with the hot water. Not a huge problem for 1 night but for a longer stay this would be an issue.

Lovely and big appartment, very clean. The Dolce Gusto coffe machine was a great surprise.

The bed was a bit too soft for us
