"Simple and clean base for Rotorua visit."

Friendly staff, clean and simple, great central location for Rotorua plans.

Available breakfast had no good protein based low carb option. Walked to convenient fast food place for breakfast.

breakfast location housekeeping service (incl. clean sheets & towels) in room facilities

one clothes washing machine for around 80 rooms (estimated) coin operated clothes washing machine and tumble dryer (i.e. have to pay), when the hotel promotes that it has laundry facilities concierge was not helpful at all when we needed change for the washing machine noise from guests in adjoining room

Very central and clean , great breakfast kids loved the automatic pancake maker .

The bed was a bit too firm for me and their was no option to add a memory foam topper for those of us who have bad backs
