A very comfortable house with a lovely garden. Great location as our base for visiting Edinburg with easy access to good reatuarants and supermarkets. It was spacious and well equipped.

No clothes dryer - a nice to have given the length of our stay.

The cottage is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Like home from home. The location is good for visiting Edinburgh as long as you can walk a little distance to the train station. We would definitely book again 😁

location, quiet place, arrival, parking

after we left, a claim arrived for £85 of a soiled microwave which we hadn't even opened. We also had stains on the pillows, but the stains on them had already been washed. Either take a thorough photo documentation immediately upon arrival or expect any problems after departure. I certainly do not recommend a deposit for possible additional costs. Although the stay was nice, I am disappointed with the ending

Great for Knockhill then amazing day out in Edinburgh Monday on the train, all clean and tidy with everything we needed, even the sun made an appearance!

Could have done with another bath mat, that’s it!
