Blue Olive apartments

Very close to the old part of Split. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly peaople and easy to arrange trips to various tourist places including Island hopping. Overall lovely place to visit/

Very central and close to shops, the waterfront and restaurants and bars

There were many sewage flies inside the property, and the bathroom did smell of sewage. You would need to have the bathroom door closed at all times to stop the smell from seeping through. It was also very humid inside the property.

Jerko our host was very responsive and relocated us due to water damage however it was above expectations highly recommend for the location

Everything, . I’d been given all the information beforehand to gain easy entry . The apartment had everything I needed including a pair of good scissors to trim my beard as after 3 weeks it was getting a bit long. Great cooking facilities. This is my 5th. Apartment this trip and by far the best. Very central, 2 minimarts just a minute or 2 away

Apartment stunk of cigarette smoke. Seemed that the cleaner had only done half the job. Missing towels. Dishes left on the sink.

Property in a great location and the space was a good size

2 single beds were not connected properly as a double so they kept splitting apart Property was worn - eg headboard peeling, loose wires Property didn’t have any welcome instructions eg WiFi, boiler for hot water

Location is perfect right inside the old town and the port, restaurants, supermarkets. Bed was very comfortable, WiFi worked great. Air conditioning is great and kept the apartment cold. Room is quiet even being inside the downtown area. Washing machine is available but is on the ground floor and is communal so you have to wait for it once it is available. Host is extremely proactive, friendly, and was flexible with our check in and check out time. Would highly recommend staying here.

Shower water heater only lasts for 11-12 minutes so if you are traveling with 2 people you need 5 minutes per person for a hot shower. We made it work and had no issues.
