Bathroom very badly set out should have incorporated sink in design set out, Also situated in a very narrow ally way loads of people walking wright up past bedroom Window and no close parking available noisy at times though the night

Cleanliness issues. We found a whole head of garlic under of the sofa cushions, and other rubbish!

GBGBThe location is perfect, right in the centre, and fine for a one-night stay. The room looks modern, but the cleanliness was poor. The floors were very dirty and it didn’t seem like the room had been properly cleaned, except for the toilet and shower. The main issue is cleanliness — the place really needs a proper clean. The host was nice and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. We were woken up at 6:30am by rubbish trucks, which is probably normal for a city location.

GBVery convenient for all Kendal town centre shops ( including Booths supermarket), restaurants, cafes, etc: especially the various venues of the Kendal Mountain Festival. Christian was a helpful host. The property was cleanly presented and the heating system very efficient, once I mastered the electronic thermostat!
We were surprised that there was virtually no cooking equipment, other than a kettle, small fridge, and two mugs.
GBI expected it to be bigger than it was, but it was fine for 1 night stay x Comfortable and clean and great communication with Christian the owner! X

USReally clean, well-presented, perfect location, easy booking and access process.
Minor stuff - clothes hangers get in the way on one of side of the bed. Nothing to really bother about though.
