"Exceptional"

The beds were so comfortable. There was a charging port and light available. The curtains could also block out all the light from outside. Staff was friendly and willing to help. I had to check in late due to flight delay and they gave very clear and specific instructions on how to self check in. There's also a washing machine and dryer available for RM10. This place is also walkable to nearby tour offices, malls, various restaurants... The market is just below. Overall extremely worth to stay.

Location, the place is exceptionally clean, the bed are big and comfortable

The place doesn't have a soul yet. The personnel were ok but not really into suggesting things to do or tours. Super clean place, comfortable but needs more vibes.

Su ubicación, cerca del puerto, al lado del mercado nocturno de comida de los sábados. Camas muy cómodas, luz interior, armarios para guardar maletas y lockers pequeños.

Baños se averiaron y había que bajar a la otra planta. Pero fue algo anecdótico que me tocó.

"Fabulous - clean and comfortable"

Super clean and comfrotable, right in the heart of the fabulous city. Family room was really spacious. Pool table was a nice touch.
