Good location, reasonably close to the sea, Harbour and city centre, cafes etc. The air con. The bed was comfortable, the unit clean. Nice shower. Stratos, the manager was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the bottle of family wine he gave us.

It was a bit noisy during the day but the double glazing on the door shut out the noise out effectively. The two flights of stairs with no hand rail could be a problem for some. I recommend installing a guard rail at the landing at the entrance to the unit.

The location was great and close to the old town. Views were magnificent and although on a main road once the shutters were closed it was very quiet.

The stairs... I am so unfit but got used to them at the end and helped with burning those extra calories 😉

This location is really good, and view from the balcony also was nice. You can find the most necessary things in the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There was a noisy boiler in the apartment, which made it difficult to sleep at night. When the cold water tap is opened, a strange sound is heard every 5-10 seconds. And you also heard this noise from the neighbors.

Great communication and very kind host, easy check-in and check-out, great position near the city center and there was everything we could need.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Super view apartments in Heraklion. The location, right next to the old town, was simply excellent and allowed me to easily explore the charming surroundings. The apartment itself was quite spacious and the balcony added a lovely touch, making it a great spot. The kitchenette provided all the basics that someone need.The recently renovated bathroom, although a bit on the smaller side, was clean and modern. What truly made my stay memorable was the very gentle and welcoming host Mr Stratos. His hospitality and helpfulness added a personal touch. It's not often that you come across such a warm and accommodating host, and I truly appreciated his efforts in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at this studio. The combination of its prime location, spaciousness, thoughtful amenities, and the wonderful host made it a delightful choice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm back in the area. Highly recommended!l

The location is very good! It has a lovely view from the terrace. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host is very nice and helpful with every question that we had. I strongly recommend it.

The location itself is great, both an easy walk past some very friendly bakeries and coffee shops or kiosks to the old town as well as immediately nearby several bus lines with access to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and includes basically anything you might need while you're staying, such as cutlery, pots, towels, shampoos, and a hairdryer. The view is also great, as advertized! From the start, the host Stratos communicated with us well and was very helpful throughout our stay. He was able to accomodate an earlier check-in for us and even left us some of his family's wine to try (which was wonderful and we definitely had to restrain ourselves to just a taste). Stratos also left us an information packet, which was helpful for our stay, but he was also very responsive in answering any questions we had. Both my partner and I did a fair bit of research before our trip, but we realized that we had been a bit misled by some information available in English about how accessible an experience we booked was by bus. Stratos helped us book a taxi at a very good rate and quickly helped us sort out the problem. We can't recommend staying here enough, as the apartment itself, its location, and host really can't be beat!

The apartment is excellent! As clearly stated in the description, this apartment is accessible only by stairs, so keep that in mind if you have any mobility challenges. The listing is very up-front about this as well, so in our case, it's not even a complaint really.
