Dimora Minelli Suites

We booked 2 rooms here and they were both great. The location is amazing, only 5 minutes away from many coffee shops or supermarkets and around 10 minutes from the historical center. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the shower was large and was stocked with one-time use slippers, many towels and all the shower amenities. Paolo is a 10/10 host. He messaged us a couple of days before our arrival to confirm that everything is all right and let us know that we will be able to check-in before the initial time since we arrive earlier. Upon our arrival, he greeted us in front of the building, helped us with the bags and presented the rooms and how everything works. Afterwards, he presented the city a little bit, where the train and bus stations are, where we could eat something great in Monopoli and which nearby cities he recommends us visiting. During our 7 days stay, Paolo offered to change our towels and the trash bags twice free of charge, but we only needed one change around the third day. He also answered very quickly to any of our messages and overall has been really welcoming and nice.

Tutto la stanza è meravigliosa, pulitissima, ampia e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima a pochi passi dal centro e comoda per uscire dalla città in macchina. Paolo è fantastico, disponibile e gentilissimo.

Chambre spacieuse avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité bien situé a 15 minutes a pied du centre historique dans une rue calme avec des places de stationnement proches et notre hôte Paolo très gentil et serviable

Seul problème pas de balcon vu que la chambre est en rez-de-chaussée donc compliqué pour étendre les serviettes de plages

Difficile scegliere da dove partire: suite a volte alte, estremamente confortevoli, silenziose e ampie, dotate di tutti i comfort, decisamente pulite e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 anche dal centro storico, dal porto vecchio, dalle parti più suggestive della città. Paolo persona di grandissima cortesia, apertura, flessibilità e disponibilità. Mi ero già innamorata di Monopoli, ma l'esperienza di hospitality fatta ha contribuito ad aumentare il desiderio di tornarci quanto prima.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La communication avec Paolo était parfaite, il a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L’emplacement est parfait pour tout visiter à pieds. La chambre est identique aux photos, le lit est confortable et la Clim est un plus !

Si on veut être pointilleux, des couverts auraient été un plus.

Pulizia

Appena ristrutturato, molto pulito ma si sente la mancanza di una finestra. A piano terra troppo vicina alla strada, si sentono i rumori anche degli altri ospiti.

Sehr gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und man kann auch zu Fuß zum Strand laufen

Abends ist es schwer mit den Parkplätzen, in der Früh oder mittags findet man schnell was aber abends ist schwierig

La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro di Monopoli, è molto moderna, accogliente e ordinata. Con grande sorpresa anche più spaziosa e bella rispetto alle foto. La cura dell’arredamento è impeccabile sia per la stanza sia per il bagno. Il proprietario, Paolo, è una persona squisita che al momento dell’arrivo dedica tempo di qualità per fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie per un pernottamento perfetto, risolve qualsiasi dubbio, offre consigli e soluzioni per ristoranti top!! È stato tutto perfetto, come sentirsi a casa. La pulizia, inoltra, viene effettuata 2 volte a settimana ed è impeccabile, con cambio asciugamani. Torneremo sicuramente!

More of a hotel room than an apartment. Highly recommended! Paolo welcomed us at the door and showed us the apartment, offered us water, and gave us some suggestions and advice about the city. We stayed for 9 days and every 3 days there was a housekeeping service. The entrance of the apartment is 2 steps from the ground and the apartment looks much nicer than the pictures. It was specious with everything we needed and ac in the hot summer! The bed is comfy and the fridge has a mini freezer. They offered us small toiletries and slippers as well It’s located in a lively area and about 5 minutes walk to the centre and 3 minutes away from the train startion. We had a great stay, and Paolo definitely made it easier and enjoyable with the service!
