Best experience in Hotel Sri Krishna Residency . Owner and Staff are very good and helpful in nature 😃 and property was very close to the main market and the temple 🛕 . Location is also “PRIME” . So must visit this hotel 🏨

Very good property to stay at Varanasi , good staff and the owner is very helpful and they arranged transport, darshan and temple is close to the property , assisted in anything we asked them . Great full to the owner and his son.

"Extremely disappointed"

Nothing. I had booked at this property through booking.com and this did not require any prepayment. But the property asked me to pay 20% in advance or else threatened cancellation. I paid that and confirmed. On the day I was to travel the property told me that they have changed my stay to another place as they had to accommodate someone else. That place was very substandard with no ventilation and dirty bathrooms. As it was late at night and I was with my young daughter I had to accept this place to my utter disappointment, as we had to leave very early morning the next day. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have no business ethics. I had to pay the full amount of my reservation for a room which was not even worth paying 25% of the money paid. I would request Booking.com to push the merchant for a refund. I had two reservations at the same place with a day’s gap. When I checked in for my second reservation and as I was complaining about the quality of the previous stay the guy went ahead and cancelled the stay for no show, so that I couldn’t comment on that. This happened immediately after I told him I will report this to booking.com. I checked in on my second reservation and later in the night I clarified to the email sent by booking.com for the stay cancellation. Within sometime he cancelled my second stay also for no show when I was indeed staying there. Hope you understand the kind of mental trouble I went through. These kind of merchants should be delisted from a reputable site such as booking.com. I have always had reasonably good experience with your site. If you need any proof for the above I am willing to provide the same.
