It’s fine but the photos are far nicer. Room or bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Sheets and bed were fine. Staff were chaotic at communicating and insisted on bank transfers and cash for payment. It’s just average masquerading as premium. Perfectly serviceable as a place to stay.

Awesome property, The ambience is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious. Room service is excellent, and the reception staff is available 24/7 to help. The housekeeping team was also very helpful and provided every service promptly. The in-house restaurant serves delicious and tempting food we ordered several dishes, and each one was incredibly tasty. Moreover, the rooftop swimming pool was very clean and beautifully designed. In a nutshell, my experience was amazing, and I will definitely book a room at this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent vcation, and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and came with all the basic amenities you’d expect. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was ideal—close to the beach, local markets, and popular eateries, which made getting around easy. The pool area was a nice spot to relax.

Great value for money! Clean, cozy, and so convenient for beach lovers. Location is peaceful and calm area. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Very calm serene pleasant stay, wonderful location to explore north Goa beaches and fort,they had a great arrangement for the candle light dinner 😄

The location is bad it is in a dirty place. The guys there demanded full payment on checking in for all 4 days. At 2000 hrs they switched off elevator to save power claiming it is the hotel policy. Food is expensive and their kitchen opens at 0900 hrs. Power goes off more than 30 times a day. They pushed out at 1030 hrs on 28th stating tt it is their rule. Did not issue a bill at all. Guys said tt they would whatsapp the bill. Even after more than a week I have not recd the bill it looks tt their operation is shady. Better to remove them from listing
