Ne-a plăcut faptul ca hotelul este renovat,curățenie și personal amabil.Ne-a ajutat mult un băiat de la recepție care făcea navetă din Medgidia și care ne-a cazat destul de repede .

Camere curate, baia curata de asemenea, locatia este renovata si amenajata dragut.

Probleme cu parcarea, si destul de galagie! Este necesara o perdea la dus!

Locația în plan secund al statiunii

Pachetul din camera umflat, salteaua uzata, ușa cu probleme, mai sa rămânem cu clanta în mana! Sistemul de închidere automata rupt, dar nu numai la ușa noastră ci la mai multe uși. Sunt renovării făcute acum câțiva ani, dar fără a fo întreținute Din păcate asa este cam toată stațiunea Neptun, Jupiter puțin dezamăgită de zona, care de altfel este superba, ce administrați publica locala este de investesc în curățarea stațiunii doar pe ici pe colo în funcție de interese. Păcat am acea ce oferii, dar suntem prea indiferenți
