A delightful cottage just outside Franschhoek, perfect for a family getaway. The recent addition of an outdoor braai adds a charming touch to the already stunning surroundings. The cottage is meticulously maintained, with cleanliness being a top priority, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The nearby pool provides a great source of entertainment for the kids, allowing the adults to enjoy fishing in the dam. The picturesque setting also offers lovely walks, & the nearby horses add an extra element of charm to the overall experience, creating a serene and idyllic environment for a relaxing retreat. Whether you're enjoying the outdoor braai, exploring the surroundings on walks, or simply relaxing by the pool, this cottage is a haven for creating cherished family memories. Sarah was very welcoming. We arrived after dark and she met us in Franschhoek to show us the way. It was so peaceful yet not isolated as it is a working farm. The cottage was well appointed with good facilities. The farm dogs were friendly but not intrusive.

Would have been nice to have an oven, but did have an air fryer

Directions to the cottage were accurate, so it was easy to find. The host left the keys in the door, but was there to meet us when we arrived.
