Room is clean and clear.

Two rooms have one common bathroom.toilet flash is completely out of order.so small size bathroom.

The service was impeccable. Rooms were neat and tidy with comfortable beddings. They provided tasty home made dinner at a additional cost. They were super friendly and willing to help us at any hour of time.

Not happy with the way the ad was described and the facilities provided. Would like Booking.com to call me to discuss as am not really happy with not just one but with many things. Over charged Wrong ad description No faciities Lot of discussions(Just soft spoken and smile will not cover the facilites provided for the charges) Booking.com should seriously look out for its reputation by allowing these kid of providers. I personally may stop using Booking.com

80% of everything, No private bathroom it is common for the complete floor and all its visitors forget about guest bathroom No balcony(one room has but not usable) No bathrobe No slippers No baby shop/shampoo No towels No toiletries In one room there flat TV but not working, and then forced me to move into smaller room, which got no TV at all No hot water(when asked provided kettle and said use to heat up water for shower) The bathroom is soo small that you cannot take a standing shower(bcos the roof of the bathroom is not even 180cm) and cannot stand and pee, once use the facility it is hard to reach the flush as the flush is way deep in the tunnel. Worse part of they acknowledged they quoted "cannot manage the booking to move to smaller room" which got no window, no balcony, no ventilation, no TV, so you are kind of locked up with no facilities provided No Linens(when asked discussions about use bed sheet as blanket and giving illogical reasoning and excuses) NO Sofa In the ad it is mentioned - Washing machine - when asked there is charge to that, so had to bring back all my dirty clothes No Iron They arranged a day trip, when returned at midnight - right at the door after the trip at midnight they want more money then agreed before the trip with excuses (NO HUMANITY OR MINIMAL RESPECT THAT THE VISITOR CAME BACK AT MIDNIGHT AND LETS TALK TOMORROW MORNING, INSTEAD RIGHT AT MIDNIGHT WANT TO OVER CHARGE FOR THE ALL READY AGREED DAY TRIP - PURELY INHUMAN MONEY EXTRACTION AND INAPPROPRIATE WAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE) etc etc SO INSHORT - THEY ARE And since they are making more money once bookings are confirmed, they are extending 2 more floors as they are confident they will get more business and more first time clients for sure. The host and her family were very welcoming and friendly. We felt like we became part of the family. Also the location is a 5 min walk from Benaras Railway station which was very helpful for our travels. We look forward to coming back to this place in the future

The hostess was friendly and able to answer questions. Coffee in the morning was lovely.

The bathroom could have been cleaner as it was a shared one. Directions on Booking.com need to be improved so it is easier to find. Was a bit out the way for sightseeing, however, taxi's/auto's are cheap so not too much of a problem.
