Very homey feel, plenty of space for multiple people with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms + toilets.
Rather high fees, nearly doubled the price. No balcony, small fenced in back patio

The place had everything you can need in a place to stay like microwave, fridge, cups, etc. The bed where big (queen size or bigger).
Is a litle out of way from the most interesting destinations in Kyoto. You need to take a lots of taxis to and from the place but to get to Kyoto Station only cost from 800-1200 yens, for a group is not much.
