Spacious room and very nice and well-equipped bathroom. Excellent and decent value on-site restaurant with full fish (as well as meat) menu. Excellent (quantity and quality) breakfast included in price of room. Pretty rural location. Lots of free parking. Nice staff.

Het restaurant. Heerlijke lunch en diner gehad met uitstekende prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Prachtig uitzicht. Uitzettend aardige vrouw die mij bediende in de middag en bij het ontbijt. Top.

Wat krappe kamer, maar ik betaalde ook weinig dus niet zeuren

La struttura ha una terrazza mozzafiato sulla vallata umbra.Lo staff è disponibile,accogliente e veloce.La colazione è stata una delle migliori che io abbia mangiato per varietà di dolci fatti in casa e la bontà di cappuccino e caffè.Ottima la pizza presa al ristorante.Buona la posizione per raggiungere Assisi,Spello,Spoleto,Gubbio.

Le stanze vanno ristrutturate e soprattutto pulite!
