I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the transportation service we received during our recent stay, May 2026. We were given a confirmed pickup time of 7:00 AM for our transfer to the airport. However, the driver only arrived at approximately 7:45 AM, which caused us to miss our scheduled flight. Because of this delay, we were forced to rebook our airfare at a cost of 54,000 pesos. This was a huge and unexpected expense that could have been avoided if the agreed pickup schedule had been followed properly. We trusted your service to provide reliable transportation, especially for something as important as an airport transfer. Unfortunately, the lack of punctuality caused significant stress, inconvenience, and financial loss for our group. I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your coordination and time management to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation in the future. We would also appreciate if you could address the financial impact this incident caused us.

It’s a very nice hostel — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious enough, and the bathrooms were also large and clean. The beds are comfortable and practical, and the swimming pool is a really nice addition to relax. The restaurant Little Roti is also very convenient. I had my breakfasts there as well as a few dinners, and everything was good. There were often tuk-tuks available nearby, making it easy to get to General Luna.

The bike I rented wasn’t in very good condition, which made the experience less enjoyable. I think it would be a good idea to regularly check and maintain all the bikes. The kitchen is nice, but it would be even better to provide basic essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. As travelers staying only a few days, we usually don’t want to buy those items ourselves.

Everything is smooth from the check-in to check-out. The beds are very cozy and comfortable. I stayed in a hostel and it exceeded my expectations. The bunk curtain is of high quality to ensure privacy of the guests. There is alao a comforter per bed which makes sleeping very dreamy. A headlight and small compartment for your knick knacks is a plus, not to mention the individual lockers. The restroom is very clean and well maintained. Hot shower, cold drinking water and the kitcher is available 24/7. Wifi is very fast even inside the farthest room. What amazes me is they have a common workspace area, entertainmnent room, in-house laundry (for a fee), and in the kitchen, each guest has her own locker complete with her own utensils for the whole duration of her stay. Towels can also be requested at any time if you need to change yours daily or anytime you want. Just make sure you return your soiled towels upon requesting. The whole resort is very clean, great amenities, efficient and effective staff. Its also just across the beach where you can hang out and sunbathe. I only stayed for 3 nights but it was an awesome experience. Location is great, really value for your money. With all these, the management has outdone themselves! Very cheap rate considering all of these positive points. ALL Guests have one free drink per night of their choice!!! I had Red Horse nightly since I miss it 😂 As compared to a new wellness hostel where I stayed in Libertad/Sta.Fe area, hot shower is only up to 3pm, poor wifi inside the rooms and only one towel per guest. But they do have a gym though, so fine 😅🤔.

Nothing, but just a few mosquitoes/insects at the restaurant above which is I think everywhere in Siargao 😅. But it did not affect my stay, food was great there too.

As a local from the North, I found the staff very welcoming and the facilities well-maintained. Sulit talaga for the price. Highly recommended!
