Good location within the city of Chiang Mai, close to the night market and 7/11. Nice little balcony that comes with the room. Staff was friendly and let us check in 1H before. Only offer to clean on request. Would only recommend if you want a cheap room with good location but dont mind a dirty room..

Room was very dirty, sheets smelled like they had not been changed and a very dirty bathroom. Bathroom had a weird smell, a lot of mold and holes in the wall. We did not mention anything to staff since we only stayed for a very short time.

No breakfast was available. The location is near the tourist attractions in Chiang Mai.

The strict schedule of checking in the hotel. When booking a month before, I requested to check in earlier but they did not give any response.
