Nous avons respecté les prescriptions pour arriver dans la chambre qui devait ètre ouverte avec les clés a l intérieur, mais en arrivant tout était fermé. La personne qui a été réactive a notre appel nous a dirigé vers un autre lieu qui était très lugubre et ne reflétait pas la prestation proposée. La chambre qui nous avait été réservée était prise par des autres clients. Nous avons donc annulé la réservation car l endroit été triste, sombre, sous les combles et dans une rue très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est a quelques rues dans un bar. Ce n est pas un vrai hôtel comme on pourrait le croire mes des loueurs de nuit.

Great location for visiting the old town. A good shower and a very comfortable bed with air conditioning. I liked the contact via WhatsApp with pictures of the alleyway the property was on, and also the discount offered to eat in the restaurant. Breakfasts offered at the nearby restaurant were good and they are a very short walk from the apartment. We were delighted that our room was made avatar 12.30 rather than 16.00 that was really appreciated

Sadly there was a drain smell emanating from outside which may have been, a local issue perhaps but you needed the windows open to allow for a draft. Whilst we got the hang of it, there isn’t a reception in the building that the apartment is in. This is found in the restaurant (on the right hand side as you walk in) where in the morning after your first night you are given a voucher to give to the staff to claim your breakfast. A small niggle was the lack of cups for tea or coffee in the room, at reception the following morning this was ‘sorted’, and the bathroom towels were basic, not large and fluffy.

Hôtel au coeur du centre-ville, très animé. Chambre spacieuse avec grand lit et grande salle de bains. Très bonne isolation car vous êtes au-dessus d'un restaurant. Bonne connexion wi-fi. Une personne s'est déplacée pour nous diriger vers l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner varié avec plusieurs formules

Hôtel très galère à trouver. Google map vous envoie sur une adresse complètement différente. Attention nombreux escaliers sans ascenseur. Mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre, il y avait plusieurs diffuseurs de parfum. Murs très foncés dans la salle de bains avec beaucoup de tâches suspectes et finitions mal réalisées ce qui faisait "sale". Le restaurant est à quelques pas de l'hôtel pour les demi-pensions ou les p'tit déj.

Convenient location, lovely staff

The property is a small studio flat (without a kitchen, of course) in an apartment building and not a room in a hotel - please be careful when booking. Our flat (called hotel room?) was on the 3rd floor overlooking a wall, dark and gritty, the interiors of dark grey and black colour. Curiously, the bathroom was equal in area to the bedroom (tiny). Breakfast had to be located in a building next door in a cafe and consisted of a small portion of food and 1 drink only - a very unpleasant change if you are used to hotel buffets.

Loud, were given the wrong room at tue beginning, smelled bad, horrible neighbours in other rooms.

Die Organisation ist nicht kundenfreundlich, für ältere Personen ist es beschwerlich, die Zimmer befinden sich an anderen Orten als ursprünglich angegeben, im obersten Stockwerk ohne Lift. Die Badezimmermöbel sind kaputt

La posizione ottima e la gentilezza dello staff.Ci hanno fatti accomodare nella stanza prima dell'orario del check in che era previsto nel pomeriggio a seguito della nostra richiesta. La signora che ci ha aperto la stanza e' stata molto gentile.

La colazione scarsa con poche alternative e non buona.Prezzo un po' alto per quello che offrono.
