Great location with comfortable living and sleeping space

Four flight of stairs but this was a very minor issue. Worked the beer and food off

Nous avons réservé 5 logements en Croatie pendant notre road trip, il s'agit du meilleur. Idéalement situé, l'hôte était bienveillant et discret. Le logement est "sur" équipé, il ne manque rien. Pas de bruit (mise à part un tout petit peu la rue mais nous sommes en plein centre ville). Moderne agréable à vivre ce logement est idéal pour visiter Split.

S'il faut dire quelque chose, il y a 4 étages à monter sans ascenseur mais faut pas se priver de la location de cet appartement pour ça.

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e ben arredato. Pulizia impeccabile e accoglienza di Sime superlativa, con piccoli gesti come far trovare un succo di frutta e un assaggio di snack agli ospiti. Anche la cyclette per tenersi in forma!

L'appartement est superbement décoré et équipé. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec une collation délicieuse, et nous avons pu rendre l'appartement plus tard que prévu. Et même caster nos séries préférées sur l'immense télévision du salon. Bref, nous étions comme à la maison, en plus beau !

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! From the beginning, the host was extremely helpful and responsive — always quick to answer any questions and made the whole experience really easy and pleasant. The flat is clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the old city, which made exploring really convenient. There are also plenty of parking options around, which was great since we had a car. The building doesn’t have a lift, which might be something to keep in mind, but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we’d definitely come back!

The host went above and beyond, to help us find parking during a busy event nearby, and to help carry our luggage to the room. They’d left cheese, nuts, and fruit for us when we arrived. This was the only place we stayed that had a washer/dryer, so we were able to wash some things. Walked to everything we wanted to see, good food just right nearby. Hosts were so helpful, we really appreciated help with parking, they were so so kind.

I'm just home from a wonderful stay in this gorgeous, spacious apartment. The location is brilliant, just a few minutes walk from the old town with lots of restaurants and bars. There is a bakery downstairs and a supermarket close by. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Sime, the host, was so helpful. When we arrived, there was a lovely surprise of cheese, nuts, orange juice and fruit. Sime also allowed us to checked out late because we had a night flight. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

The property is located only few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, sea, and supermarket. The host handed us the keys and we were welcomed with cheese and fruit. The property is very spacious and comfortable. Ice cubes in the freezer came in very handy in hot weather. We were allowed late checkout which was most helpful.
