Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Adult Above Ground Pool is closed from Fri 15 Nov 2024 until Tue 31 Dec 2024 A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The reception operates from 8:00 to 21:00 PM on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) and 8:00 to 22:00 on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Public & School Holidays). On weekdays, the resort's main entrance gate will be closed at 23:00 and reopened at 07:00. Please be advised that assisted check-in will not be available after 22:00. A self-check in procedure will be arranged for any arrival after 22:00. Kindly contact the resort for arrival after 22:00. Please note that phone access in guest rooms are not available as the property is not within the radius of main communication infrastructure. Depending on your mobile carrier, mobile network service may not be available on the property. Please note that the property does not have any credit card facility. All transactions and payments are by cash, bank transfer or QR Pay only. The resort's main entrance gate will be closed daily from 12:30 to 14:45 for housekeeping and general cleaning services. Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs will incur an extra charge and are subject to availability. Please note that the resort does not sell any alcoholic beverages and cigarettes. All alcoholic beverages and non-halal food are strictly prohibited from entering the premises. Camping, fishing, cooking, cooking appliances & wire extensions are strictly not allowed in all guestrooms and property's compound. A deposit may be required at the property.
