No TV , No WiFi, no parking, no service, power outage

Posizione comodissima per ogni spostamento a piedi

La posizione eccellente, 180 metri dal Duomo, 250 metri dalla spiaggia libera. La struttura è dotata di climatizzatori, due bagni, due camere da letto un soggiorno con divano letto e tv. La struttura per la costruzione risalente ad anni fa con muri spessi è stata in grado di contenere la calura esterna (34 Gradi) con pochissimo uso dei condizionatori e il rumore esterno con le finestre chiuse era quasi nullo. Struttura ben curata e vivibile. All'interno della struttura i cellulari non ricevono segnali, bisogna usare il wifi messo a disposizione gratuitamente. Il parcheggio a 500 metri è di fronte la spiaggia e con la convenzione con la struttura ho avuto pure lo sconto.

I segnali degli operatori telefonici all'interno della struttura sono quasi nulli. Il WIFI disponibile gratuitamente non è molto efficiente. La tv non l'ho potuta utilizzare per un guasto all'antenna (credo provvisorio).

Great location in the heart of Cefalu, we were only two and the place was really spacious (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), it could be even split in two separate apartments.

The only thing we were missing was a terrace, but we knew what we chose. Also one of the matrasses was too soft, it could be replaced for a better one.

clean, big rooms, 2 bathrooms, great location

might be a bit noisy in the morning when they taking the garbage at the street but guess its like that everywhere in the old town

location was so perfect! minutes walk to the beach and the the restaurants etc. Also only about a 12 minute walk to the train station

no wifi, and poor cell signal. one of the rooms didn’t have any windows either but that wasn’t too bad.
