"Beautiful apartment in building stilll under construction"

The inside of the apartment is beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. The little extras like a welcome drink, little cakes for coffee were appreciated. The shower had good water pressure and there was a washer machine so we were able to do a load of laundry. It was nice having the parking spot in a reserved parking area.

It is in a building still under construction which wasn’t mentioned beforehand and unfortunately the building air conditioning was out or order during our three day stay in June. The first night was miserable and we didn’t get much sleep but the second day Paola managed to get us a portable air conditioner. It made the nights bearable.

"Beautiful Bologna"

Beautiful renovated and modern interior. Great location.

Construction was a little hard to manage but it's a temporary condition.

"Amazing value for money - great location"

Paola was incredible, super helpful and made our 1 night stay enjoyable. Amazing facilities and the bed was comfy

There’s a lot of road works around which isn’t the property’s issue!

"A great little apartment, close to the airport and the Ducati factory"

A perfect little apartment. Modern, clean, close to the airport and just perfect if you are in Bologna to visit Ducati. Can’t fault it.

The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and had everything possible to make our stay enjoyable right down to little chocolates, champagne, breakfast pastries, and water. It is honestly one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in on our vacation around Italy. The coop is just a 2 minute walk and has absolutely everything you may need. Thank you Paola xx
