Coastal Cocoon Studio - Negombo

Location was really peaceful with a mindblowing view

We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was very clean, and the host was very responsive and available when needed. The highlight was definitely the rooftop – offering a swimming pool, a stunning view over the beach, the lake, Colombo, and even the distant mountains.

The digital check-in form was not very intuitive. After several failed attempts, I had to ask Soudhan, who kindly filled it out for me. After a long flight, a smoother check-in process would have been appreciated. The air conditioner worked fine on maximum, but could be colder. I suspect it just needs a gas refill.

The Studio looks stunning. Equipped with every amenity you need. Very clean. And very comfortable. Stunning view of the Beach from the Balcony . Bedding is very comfortable . Free wifi. Smart TV with Netflix. Well equipped Kitchen. The Houses Keeper Sudan is doing a Very good job maintaining and also very attentive. . Tihe Owner is very Kind and welcoming . I would stay there again definitely. Thank you so much for the nice Hospitality !

The apartment was scrupulously tidy. We enjoyed every bit of it. From the washing machine to frying pan, you have everything included in the studio. Evening view from the balcony was so amazing. The area is also surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops. I don't regret the money spent there.

Superb apartment with all the facilities required for short or longer stays. Highly recommend if your visiting the Negombo beach area you won't be disappointed.

Location size modern clean view

No premium channels on TV....very cheap in Sri Lanka, after booking told I could use the in apartment washer/dryer but cost us10 per load and I had to call janitor (and hour away) to turn it on....clothes came out wet not dry. Rooftop pool bad state of repair, limited sun loungers requisitioned by German tourists at sunrise for whole day but rarely used

Great facilities, location and easy handover.

Banging noises from above could be quite loud at times esp late at night- possibly from the restaurant on the upper floor. Couldn’t find the apartment as we didn’t know it was part of the Ocean Beach residencies until after we checked in so that info on the booking confirmation would be useful.

excellent apartment, perfectly situated, well equipped kitchen, extremely clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Negombo.
