It seemed well equipped and clean. Host was very responsive and instructions were clear

It was pitch black the house when I arrived and it’s a really spooky place, looks and feels like a haunted house, terrifying! There seemed to be no one else staying in the house or in the other buildings so I felt I couldn’t stay there on my own I would have been terrified and not slept. I messaged the host that night and asked for a refund as I had booked for 2 nights but they wouldn’t give me it so I lost £150 as I then had to book somewhere else to stay. Not happy!

Convenient for Newark show ground & a good local pub. Beautiful, old building and stunning approach along driveway. Quiet & peaceful. Great apartment which was well equipped. Excellent value for money.

The bed was not very comfy, unfortunately, as it dipped in towards the middle.

The apartment was very roomy for 2 people. It had a rustic feel about it which I really liked. Lovely big bed, good sized kitchen and very quiet. Very much in the countryside but only 8 minute drive to Newark. Relaxing.

The kitchen was not particularly well equipped - only one cutting knife(not very sharp) - useless for cutting bread. Not enough cutlery - only 2 teaspoons!

Something a little different lovely feel to the property large rooms clean and comfortable

Single glazed windows but guess this is something to do with planning restrictions

Beautiful Apartment in a private stunning setting. The apartment was spotlessly clean, large, had character, very well equiped for all your needs travelling with thoughtful touches. Bed, linen & fluffy White soft towels were better than most expensive hotels. The hosts communication was clear, accomadating & easy instructions to access the apartment. I had a wonderful stay & wouldn't hesitate highly recommending it.
