"A beautiful traditional hotel with excellent customer service for the most part."

The location, the food, the front desk staff were all amazing

The dinner dining staff were very unwelcoming. As we didn’t have a Lot of experience dining kaiseki a few more helpful tips would have been appreciated. There was a feeling of enduring serving the ‘foreigners’. In contrast to the breakfast dining staff who were excellent, helpful, kind and courteous.

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de chambre. Chambre immense bel Onsen

Les repas sont servis dans une grande salle style gymnase transformé. Très impersonnel et sans charme. C’est dommage par rapport au reste

Chambre traditionnelle japonaise. Belle vue au 6eme sur la baie. Un vrai petit déjeuner à la japonaise. Bon rapport qualité prix à 5. Un personnel très accueillants qui se plaît en quatre pour vous aider.

Bien situé sur l’île à quelques min de l’arrivée du ferry et avec une belle vue sur la baie. Le personnel est charmant et l’Onsen bien agréable. Nous avons pris le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner. Belle expérience et immersion avec un repas “gastronomique” japonais.

Nous avions pris une chambre “japonaise” et avons dormis sur les Futons. Personnellement bcp trop dur pour moi en tant qu’européen et j’ai très très mal dormi. Dans les hôtels suivants je me suis assuré d’avoir un matelas
