Uptown CDO Staycation

We really love the whole unit (makes me want to rent it out soon enough, or something of a similar vein), the owner responds right away, we had everything we needed right in the room or nearby (a lot of convenience stores and near SM), and the bed was way too comfy.

The induction cooktop just took a while to heat, other than that, it was a really pleasant stay.

Cleanliness

Aircon way too noisy and security staff upon leaving. We won't stay there again. Asked to take photos by the owner seemed a bit racist since no one EVER requested that. I had stayed there once before and this wasn't required.

It was a convenient location next to SM mall and H proper coffee and the 7-11. It had a couch and a kitchen and the kitchen was stocked. The blanket was warm and I slept really well.

I was unprepared to enter this property. I luckily had a friend who could call the host and arrange the G-cash and get the lock box code. I think it was my fault I didn't arrange it beforehand but I assumed there would be someone at the front desk to help, but it was just a rented condo, so it's important to check all the details of the booking. I learned my lesson and appreciated my stay! The apartment did smell a little funny.

Clean and well stocked with toiletries and everything of comfort.

How long it took to get in. The staff had no ideas what to do.

We liked the entire facility. Hallways clean and elevator good working order. Friendly receptionists and door guards. Excellent kitchen, shower, and tv. Very clean.

Only downside is lack of free parking.
