Old Willow Houseboats

VERY hard mattress

The houseboat was challenging to park.

The bedding could be refreshed but was acceptable for the cost of the houseboat.

The view around the river is breathtaking.

Houseboat had everything we needed and was easy to use

I really enjoyed being on the water and the boat itself was really comfortable.s

Almost everything except the bathroom and toilet

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The scenery was beautiful.....

The toilet facilities were a bit of a problem as it would stink and the toilet window was broken and taped closed. Unfortunately the shower water did not pump out so it would overflow....

Located in a great area

The whole experience, there are a lot of hidden cost. No proper disclosure and they think they can threaten you with lawyers. Owner is very rude,refused to pay us back our money after cancellation instead charged us more money that we were not told about. They gave us a boat with a loose steering wheel,we almost crushed in a bush. They tell you to call them anytime you have an emergency and when you do they deem it as “unnecessary call” so they charge you more money for their help. All that is not disclosed during the event occurrence but when you have to leave they start telling you that you have more money to pay.
