The host never told us someone was coming to clean since no one was there to check us in. They entered our room without telling us, rearranged everything, threw away all of our snacks, our receipts we needed to keep and $1,000 Invisalign nightguard and when we told the host, he started yelling at ME saying I shouldn’t leave things around and it was my fault. When we didnt even know and there was no “do not disturb” sign. Insane. He made the cleaning lady find my night guard in the trash she already put in the dumpster. No apology from them, no refund, NOTHING! Oh ya! And after she cleaned, we were locked out of our room!!!!!!! Do not stay here!!!

Very nice rooms, clean and confortable, nice big terrace. Coffe shop near by, city center about 10 min walk.

The room was clean and the location was great (around 10 minutes from train station), with excellent café directly next to the building. And the owner is really nice and helpful!

The walls between room 2 and 3 are pretty thin, so the noise from other room might be slightly annoying. Wasn't problematic for us because we were traveling for the most of the day, but If you are planning to stay more in the room then take that into consideration

Less than 10 min walk from the main station of la spezia (which was a good base for walking cinque terre with many restaurants for all budgets) and that is good after a day of climbing stairs and hills in the cinque terre ;) the room was bright and very clean with a big balcony. It felt very new and everything you need is there.You can get very nice ice cream and other treats in the café of the house next door.the communication with the host over whatsapp was super friendly and quick

the only negative thing for us with a light sleep was the lack of sound insulation we woke up when someone buzzed themselves in at night or was coughing in the morning etc
