The location was outstanding, close enough to the beach (just across the road), not to far to walk into main pair of Patong, but far enough away to be out of the huddle and bustle. Close proximity to convenience store and money changer

Les petits déjeuners au Novotel sont bons. C'est la raison pour laquelle je prends le Novotel en général. Comme l'hôtel est un peu sur une colline , la vue sur la mer est sympathique pour le petit-déjeuner.

Les équipements de la gym sont vieux, l'emplacement est relativement loin de tout. Dans cette hotel il faut beaucoup marcher il y a énormément d'escaliers et pour les personnes âgées ce n'est pas à recommander. Le personnel est effectivement sympathique. Je trouve que c'est cher pour ce qui est proposé, je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec les toilettes et juste un mur en face de moi impossible de s'asseoir sur les toilettes , il fallait faire des mouvements d'acrobatie et se mettre de travers, très mauvais calcul au niveau de l'aménagement de la salle de bain. Le télévision sont à moderniser avec Youtube et Netflix , l'Internet ne fonctionnait pas toujours correctement.
