"We had a horrible stay here."

I have a big issue with the cleanliness of the house. The trash from the previous guests were not taken out, the floor and the furnitures were dirty and dusty. The bathroom was not cleaned and the toilet bowl was clogged . Over all the house was unsanitary. Another issue with me was the way we were treated rudely by the tenant occupying the basement floor.
