Surpreendente! Tudo novo e de muito bom gosto. Quarto bonito, iluminado, confortável. Um sistema inteligente, prático e funcional. Tem piscina aquecida, o que foi uma grata surpresa que ajudou a relaxar em um dia de final de viagem. O cafe da manhã é em sistema de auto serviço e fica disponível o tempo todo. Muito prático para quem viaja de madrugada ou no meio da noite. Um hotel perfeito para quem vai viajar, dada a proximidade com o aeroporto (5 minutos). E tambem para quem quser ficar bem instalado e for passear pelas redondezas

The property is definitely a surprise! It was so nice. We wish we were staying longer than one night so we could used the pool. The pool area was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and everything was new. They offered breakfast but we had to leave very early for our flight so we didn’t have it. They did have a kitchen where you could help your self to coffee, juice and pastries.

It was difficult to find and there were a lot of stairs.

5 o r6 live active moving ants found on the floor in the room 301, it is hard to find a restaurant nearby (our own experience as solo driving tourist), a rough drive way is about 80 m long passing by some others' properties with a few barking dogs if walking passing by through these properties in the evening, the room's humidity is 77-80%, too much for us.

Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Warm and welcoming owners and staff. Fun Jacuzzi/pool. Lovely modern environment. Highly recommend.

It would be helpful to have a signs under the bridge to Marina Boutique rooms.

Breakfast was very good

Communications went wrong pre arrival so we were not met and getting back to airport was difficult

The stay was amazing both Francesco and Francesca were extremely helpful. Tho boutique hotel is like an oasis in the middle of nowhere. I will come back again many times *****

Très joli bâtiment avec une super piscine et des chambres modernes et confortables. Proche de l’aéroport et des voies d’accès mais sans nuisance. Accueil très agréable et spontanément aidant.

Excellent place for commuting by the Falcone-Borsellino airport. A little tricky to find in a maze of seaside properties, but the room was excellent. Great breakfast too, and very nice staff even as we arrived in the middle of the night.

The stay was excellent and the manager very professional. Francesco gave us all the help needed. The facility was clean and cozy. We will return in two weeks

Great oasis near to the airport of Palermo. We had the unit on the ground floor that had an awesome patio adjacent to the pool. The entire facility is completely renovated with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Everything about the place is top quailty. They have a lovely atrium where they served a wonderful breakfast. Our host Francesco was also super attentive. Highly recommend this unique place.
