Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu wszystko na wysokim poziomie

Sauna basen solankowy . Szkoda że w tym okresie nie był czynny duży basen na zewnątrz

Strava úplně v pohodě, spokojenost

Naprosto nechápu proč se k nápojům z mini baru účtuje záloha za obaly když lahve zůstávají na pokoji. A vzhledem k ceně nápojů je účtování této zálohy úplně trapné.

Super Anlage, gute Essen.

Das Personal an der Lobby Bar am Freitag und Samstag war leider sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass bei hohem Gästeaufkommen viel zu tun ist, dennoch rechtfertigt das nicht die Gleichgültigkeit und Kühle, die uns entgegengebracht wurden. Ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Umgang mit den Gästen sollte auch in stressigen Situationen selbstverständlich sein. Eine derart distanzierte Atmosphäre habe ich bisher nur selten erlebt.
