1 Bed Northern Quarter Flat Tib Street

Location is good, kitchen is nice.

We got to the apartment and it was really dirty, there were crumbs in the rug we also found sharp objects in the carpet. There was also a giant pile of rubbish being dumped just outside our window. In the summer it smelt really bad. After messaging them about this sadly we received no response and no help so we left immediately. Really disappointing.

Nice cosy flat in the northern quarter. Better than many I've stayed in around here, very close and convenient for local bars and restaurants. All facilities you would expect and all the general arrangements checking, access etc very well organised, good Comms from the management.

Manchester always starts early and as a gf flat with old style windows the morning noise is a little bit louder and proximate than say a big hotel. Ear plugs might be an idea if you don't want to be woken by the bin men on the street at 6am. Options for ventilation are limited as the opening windows are big and at this storey height not secure to leave open at least when not in. That said it wasn't really a problem. Hy

Very easy access and gave great instructions to enter the flat.

Great location plenty of space for a family of 4

Just know that it’s very central and you must be ok with pubs and bars closing on the key nights and assume they will be plenty of street noise later on in the evening

The spacious and easy for picking up transport such as Uber

Great flat! Good size for a group and plenty of space for everything! Good location for Christmas activities.

Sofa bed was smaller than expected.

Property location was perfect for what we needed. The flat was clean and tidy and supplied plenty of towels and bedding
