Very nice apartment with good connection to Como and Milano by train. The host (Raffaella) was very kind and helpful. We spend wonderful days in Como and the apartment.

The apartment was just as it is on the photos. The host met us in front of the building, gave us the keys and explained everything. There was a variety of treats for the breakfast (including gluten free options) and all the supplementary things like oil, salt and everything you need for cooking if you wish. There was also a milk included which I didn't expect since most properties don't include it with coffee. The host was very helpful and nice, the property was clean, and the parking in front of the building was free and there was space to park.

I wish there were more salty options for the breakfast since we do not eat sweet things in the morning, but that is just our preference. There were plenty of options to choose for people with sweet tooth.

It was clean alright. And there was an elevator too. That’s about all.

There is no private parking as stated in the original ad. They forced us to park quite far away from the property which was totally not what we agreed on. We were purposefully looking for a safe parking and we thought we’d have it, as advertised. B it later it turns out the lady who rents this place meant a garage, which couldn’t host a car we had. Because it’s “too big”. Well, okay.. but this should’ve been advertised differently then: “private parking in a small garage provided” or something of the sort. When we asked why can’t we at least park in front of the building, the answer was “because you can’t”. Well… do with this information what you want. The apartment was okay, but the owner needs to reevaluate the ad and facilities listed in it. P.S. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! Be careful with that. There are FACILITIES to MAKE food but there is no said food. Just be prepared to cook your own meals and if you expect a breakfast service of some kind - forget about it.
